ORDERING:

EMAIL WHOLESALE@SHOPBRACKET.COM WITH YOUR BUSINESS INFORMATION. IF APPROVED FOR WHOLESALE,YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ON HOW TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT ON OUR WHOLESALE SITE. YOU MUST HAVE A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT LOGIN TO ORDER.PLEASE USE YOUR BUSINESS EMAIL AND CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER AS THIS WILL BE LINKED TO ALL FUTURE ORDERS. ONCE WE APPROVE YOUR ACCOUNT SET UP YOU CAN BEGIN SHOPPING OUR SITE. YOU CAN VIEW ALL THE TERMS AND MINIMUMS ON THE SITE. ANY CUSTOM FEES WILL BE ADDED TO ANOTHER INVOICE AND SENT TO YOU WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY TO SHIP. 

TURNAROUND TIME:

WE STRIVE TO GET YOU YOUR ORDER AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. WE MAKE ALL PRODUCTS IN STUDIO BY HAND. PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION. NEW CUSTOM ITEMS ON YOUR ORDER WILL INCREASE THIS LEAD TIME UP TO A WEEK. WE DO NOT SHIP OUT UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. SHIPPING MAY TAKE UP TO AN ADDITIONAL WEEK. UP TO 10 DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER SHIPMENTS

PAYMENT:

PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER BEING PLACED. IF YOU HAVE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER, PLEASE MAKE THEM WITHIN 48 HOURS. IF YOU MAKE CHANGES TO THAT ORDER, WE WILL THEN SEND YOU AN UPDATED INVOICE WITH NEW TOTAL COST AND ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES THAT MAY OCCUR. *WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER UNTIL THE NEW INVOICE IS PAID. A

NY ADDITIONS OR CUSTOM ITEMS PLACED TO YOUR ORDER AFTER 48 HOURS, WILL BE ADDED TO A NEW INVOICE THAT MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER. WHEN YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETED, A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE SENT TO YOU. IF YOU ORDERED A NEW CUSTOM ITEM THERE WILL BE A $5 FEE PER CUSTOM DESIGN (ONE TIME ONLY) THAT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER IN A SEPARATE INVOICE. *CUSTOM DESIGN FEES WILL NEED TO BE PAID BEFORE SHIPMENT.

SHIPPING:

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED USPS UNLESS AN ALTERNATIVE CARRIER IS REQUESTED. WE TRY TO SHIP ALL ITEMS IN ONE BOX BUT TWO ARE SOMETIMES NECESSARY. SHIPPING COSTS ARE CARRIED BY THE BUYER. ANY DUTIES OR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. 

YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR NOTICE OF THE ORDERS COMPLETION AND SHIPMENT WITHIN 1-2 WEEKS OF ORDERING. SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER WILL TAKE UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS ( 10 OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) PLEASE EMAIL US WITH ANY QUESTIONS AT WHOLESALE@SHOPBRACKET.COM!

 RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:

WE ASK THAT ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER BY EMAIL TO WHOLESALE@SHOPBRACKET.COM. ANY CANCELLATIONS TO YOUR ORDER NOT REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL INCLUDED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. IF A RESTOCKING FEE IS ISSUED IT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE ADJUSTED ORDER TOTAL. NEW CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE WE HAVE BEGUN CREATING THE TEMPLATE FOR THEM. RE-ORDERS OF CUSTOM ITEMS CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR CANCELED ONCE WE HAVE BEGAN PRODUCTION ON THEM. CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER DAMAGED OR INCORRECT STOCK IS RECEIVED, YOU MUST NOTIFY WHOLESALE@SHOPBRACKET.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING. YOU MAY RETURN YOUR ITEM UP TO ONE WEEK AFTER RECEIVING FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

WE LOVE MAKING CUSTOM ORDERS. YOU CAN TURN OUR BANNERS, CAKE TOPPERS, AND HEADBANDS INTO A CUSTOM PHRASE FOR YOUR SHOP! CUSTOM ORDERS DO NOT GUARANTEE EXCLUSIVITY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXCLUSIVE ITEM FOR YOUR STORE PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. A ONE-TIME $5 FLAT FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON TOP OF THE WHOLESALE PRICE FOR NEW CUSTOM ORDERS. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR SUBSEQUENT RE-ORDERS OF A CUSTOM DESIGN. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE PLACED THROUGH OUR SITE ORDERING SYSTEM. YOU CHOOSE THE PHRASE, COLOR, FONT, AND FRINGE OPTION (HEADBANDS ONLY). ANY RE-ORDERS OF PREVIOUS CUSTOM ITEMS CAN BE ORDERED THROUGH OUR SITE AND YOU WILL CHOOSE THE COLOR OPTION ONLY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOM ITEM FOR YOUR SHOP THAT IS OUTSIDE OF OUR NORMAL DESIGNS AND COLORS, PLEASE EMAIL US FIRST AS CUSTOM PRICING AND PRODUCTION TIMELINE WILL VARY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A PROOF OF YOUR CUSTOM ITEM FOR APPROVAL WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ORDERING (EXCLUDING BANNERS).

DISPLAYING & PACKAGING:

WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE PACKAGED IN AS FEW BOXES AS POSSIBLE. MOST ITEMS ARE IN A CELLO SLEEVE WITH A CARDBOARD BACKING. TREAT TOPPERS, CAKE TOPPERS, GARLAND KITS, ‘SAY ANYTHING’ SETS, COASTERS, AND MAKE A WISH CANDLE HOLDER SETS COME IN BOXES WITH A STICKER ON THE OUTSIDE. HEADBANDS AND BANNERS COME WITH ATTACHED STICKER DESCRIBING THE CONTENTS INSIDE. ALL BRACKET PRODUCTS MUST BE SOLD IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CANNOT BE SEPARATED AND SOLD SEPARATELY. HEADBANDS PURCHASED AS PACKS CANNOT BE SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. YOU MUST PURCHASE OUR SINGLE HEADBANDS TO DO SO. UNFORTUNATELY IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY, IT MAY END UP IN ACCOUNT TERMINATION .
